Terms & Conditions:
1. Campaign duration is from 15 Feb – 21 Mar 2022.
2. Lucky Prize draw will be conducted on the 22 Mar 2022.
3. All prizes won are only available for Web Carry Out.
4. The prizes are as follows:
- 1st prize: 3Days 2Nights staycation in Capella Singapore (worth $1000 x1 winner)
- 2nd prize: Nintendo Console Switch - Red/Blue (worth $449 x 1 winner)
- 3rd prize: Domino’s Large Pizza Party Set (worth $197.40 x 3 winners)
5. Respective winner for the top 3 prizes will be notified via email.
6. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for Cash or other prizes.
7. Staycation prize must be claimed by 30 June 2022 otherwise it will be forfeited. The Winner whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification of being a Winner or of the deadline for claiming the Prize. Domino’s shall not be obliged to notify such Winner prior to or upon such forfeiture.
8. Domino’s shall not be responsible for any other consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the Draw or redemption or use of the Staycation Prize, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail, or transactions that are processed late, processed incorrectly or lost due to computer or other electronic breakdown or malfunction or any other reason.
9. The organizer is Domino’s Pizza Singapore Pte Ltd, also referred to as “Domino’s”, in the terms & conditions.
10. Domino’s reserve the rights to change the Terms & Conditions.
11. By participating in the Grand Prize draw, Domino’s will take it that you have consented the overall use of your personal data as set out in our Personal Data Protection Policy.
